• PNGSA Quality Control Inspectorate will conduct regular branch visitation at day time to ensure that all deployed guards are alert in their respective post and compliant with Imperial Appliance Plaza policies and standards.
• PNGSA QCI will also conduct telesurvey – Clients will be expecting calls from our QCI to ask for guards’ performance feedback and clients’ concerns.
• QCI Inspectorates will conduct regular branch inspection at night time to ensure guards’ alertness.
• PNGSA deployed Account Officers will be conducting site visitation at day time.

PNGSA will provide appropriate number of relievers to fill up the vacuumed posts during unexpected absences in strict compliance with the standard 6:1 scheme. Clustering of branches will be identified per region to ensure its availability of relievers and easy deployment as the need arises.

PNGSA will conduct a Security Assessment/ Audit of the building premises on annual basis and shall periodically undertake the same in the future to determine the degree of security requirements, determined loopholes and the recommended control measures necessary to safeguard the establishment, employees, properties, assets and installations will be discussed to the management for implementation.

During heightened alert situation, the Agency will deploy officers from the Agency together with the Account Officers on a 24-hour basis to closely supervise the branch operations and to coordinate with the branch manager to act on matters that needs immediate attention.
